This Distance Sales Contract Preliminary Information Form is based on the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers regarding the sale and delivery of the product/products purchased by the ORDER/BUYER, mediated by AFA IST Müzayede, with the qualifications and sales price specified below. ) and the Regulation on Distance Contracts ("Regulation") to inform the BUYER. The information contained in this Preliminary Information Form is provided for commercial purposes in order to protect minors and adults who lack the power to distinguish or are limited, within the framework of good faith principles.

Your order is delivered to the courier company on behalf of the buyer within 30 (thirty) days from the date of order in accordance with the provisions of the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer.
AFA IST Auction, in the 4th paragraph of the 16th article of the Distance Contracts Regulation No. 29188, which entered into force on 27/02/2015; “In cases where the performance of the goods or services subject to the order becomes impossible, the seller or the supplier must notify the consumer in writing or with a permanent data store within three days from the date of learning of this situation, and all the collected payments, including the delivery costs, if any, shall be paid within ten days at the latest from the notification date. 4. GENERAL PROVISIONS
A) Buyer's confirmation of this Preliminary Information Form electronically, prior to the establishment of the distance sales contract, including the product(s) purchased by the Buyer, the basic features of the products, the price of the products including taxes, payment and delivery information by AFA IST Auction. It means that you have obtained all the information in this Preliminary Information Form correctly and completely.
B) The product subject to the contract is delivered to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the BUYER or the BUYER, within the period specified in the preliminary information section of the website, depending on the distance from the buyer's place of residence, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.
C) AFA IST Auction, to deliver the product subject to the contract completely, in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with the information and documents required for the job, to perform its performance in accordance with the standards, in accordance with the principles of accuracy and honesty, to protect and increase the service quality, accepts, declares and undertakes to show the necessary care and attention during the performance of the work and to act with prudence and foresight.
D) The buyer accepts that he will confirm this Preliminary Information Form electronically for the delivery of the product subject to the contract, and that in case the contract product price is not paid for any reason and/or it is canceled in the bank records, AFA IST Auction's obligation to deliver the contract product will end, declare, and commits.
E) AFA IST Auction accepts, declares and undertakes that if the fulfillment of the goods subject to the order becomes impossible, if it cannot fulfill its contractual obligations, it will notify the consumer before the contractual performance obligation expires and return the total price to the BUYER within 10 days.
F) If the BUYER fails to pay the price of the product subject to the contract to AFA IST Auction, as a result of the unfair use of the BUYER's credit card by unauthorized persons after the delivery of the product subject to the contract to the person and/or organization at the address indicated by the BUYER or the BUYER, The BUYER accepts, declares and undertakes to return the product subject to the contract to AFA IST Auction within 3 days at the Buyer's expense.
5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A) The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product subject to this Agreement to himself or the person/organization at the address indicated. In order for the Buyer to exercise its right of withdrawal, it is obligatory to notify AFA IST Müzayede within this period. In order for the Buyer's right of withdrawal to be exercised, he must notify AFA IST Auction in writing, provided that the product has not been damaged. This notice may be by registered mail, fax or e-mail. If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the Buyer's defect or if the return becomes impossible, the Buyer is obliged to compensate AFA IST Auzede's losses at the rate of the Buyer's defect.
B) Following the receipt of the right of withdrawal notification to AFA IST Müzayede, AFA IST Müzayede will share with the BUYER the confirmation information that the notification has been received, and within 14 (fourteen) days following the receipt of the notification, AFA IST Müzayede will comply with the payment method of the product(s) subject to the right of withdrawal. way to the Buyer.
C) EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL;
In accordance with the DISTANCE CONTRACTS REGULATION published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and numbered 29188;
a) Contracts for goods or services whose prices change depending on the fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or supplier.
b) Contracts for goods prepared in line with the wishes or personal needs of the consumer.
c) Contracts for the delivery of perishable or expired goods.
ç) From the goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery; Contracts for the delivery of those whose return is unsuitable in terms of health and hygiene.
d) Contracts for goods that are mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated due to their nature.
e) Contracts for books, digital content and computer consumables offered in material environment, provided that the protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after the delivery of the goods.
f) Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, excluding those provided under the subscription contract.
g) Contracts for accommodation, transportation of goods, car rental, food and beverage supply and the use of leisure time for entertainment or rest, which must be made on a certain date or period.
ğ) Contracts regarding services performed instantly in the electronic environment or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
h) Contracts regarding services that are started to be performed with the approval of the consumer, before the expiry of the right of withdrawal,
It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.
7. VALIDITY
After this preliminary information form is read and accepted by the Consumer in electronic environment, the stage of establishing a Distance Sales Agreement will be started.
8. AUTHORIZED COURT
Consumer; Complaints and objections can be made to the arbitral tribunal or to the consumer court, within the monetary limits determined by the TR Ministry of Customs and Trade every year in December, in the place where the consumer buys the goods or services or where he or she resides.
