After the payment of the purchased work is approved, your works;

• You can receive it from our store for your purchases in Ankara.
• For other cities, your package will be safely packed and delivered by Yurtiçi Cargo within 7 working days with the best and safe packaging as we can.
• The average time for the cargo to reach you is 7-10 days.
• Shipments are sent at buyer's expense if Yurtiçi Cargo is selected.
• Our company is not responsible for any damage that may occur during transportation.

How can I track my cargo?

• Cargo information will be sent to you via text message or e-mail after the works you have received are shipped.
• With your cargo tracking number, you can see where your works are.
